Seeking designer with communication skills to make their strong opinions effective

We are looking for a creative designer with strong communication skills. We are iteratively developing a Rails application targeting production for May or June 2008. You will work with us on user interaction and creating a crisp visual design in CSS and clean HTML. Experience with Rails, template programming and Subversion are a big plus.
