Create a unique web site – database to bring families and caregivers together.

Child care company (founded 1994) needs talented database programmer and designer to create unique web site for caregivers and parents. Caregiver can post availability and family can offer available job.

Jobs/caregivers find compatible positions and caregivers internationally by zip code, job type and schedule. Both parties must be able to attach photos, possibly videos, resumes and references for review in hiring a caregiver or selecting a job.

Optimum if past employer/caregiver/references can submit references online. There will also be a standard application that both parties must complete.

Database must be fast, efficient and easy to navigate for admin staff and most importantly site users. Privacy of site visitors must be protected.

Web design and (logo) needed that are attractive, easy to navigate, simple, fast, seo-optimized and seo-friendly.

We hope to present a design, database and set of features uniquely helpful to our clients. The site needs to be more helpful, easier to use and better looking than others serving the same audience.
