We are looking for a web programmer to develop a rails Content Management System for a new site to be developed. CMS must be dynamic and extremely user friendly for client to use. Simple, clean design philosophy is a plus.

Some of the things you will do:

• Play a key role in pre-production/functionality development.
• Work closely with creative team.
• Participate in creative, user interaction and technical design for the system.
• Solving challenges of system compatability and performance.

We are preferably looking for local candidates (Chicago Area).

We are looking for someone that can work in a team environment, is motivated and has an artistic eye. We are looking for a possible on-going working relationship with a ruby programmer, so this may lead to many more creative and fun projects.

Candidate must be knowledgeable in:

• Ruby on Rails
• Proficiency in CSS, HTML, javascript
• PHP
• MySQL
• XHTML
• Ajax a major plus!
• Flash action-scripting is a major plus!
