37signals Gig Board or visit the Job Board

We’re looking for an experienced Silverlight developer to help us with a project. We’ve created a proof of concept application in Flash and now we need someone with solid Silverlight 1.0 skills to come in and create a final, deliverable app based off the Flash model. Depending on the skill level of the individual we anticipate this could take 4-8 weeks. We are looking for someone who is willing to be on-site at least one day a week. Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in Silverlight and Flash and understands what changes need to be made in order to ensure comparable functionality.
