Element Creative is a small shop with a big reputation. Our client list represents Fortune 500 clients, local retailers, and a handful of philanthropic organizations. Lately our workload has become more than we can keep up with and we need another strong developer on a project basis to help us take on some of the overflow.

You will play a critical role in projects both from a conceptual and executional role. Front-end and server-side development skills required. PHP, MySQL, Javascript, CSS, standards-compliant HTML. Experience with e-commerce packages and content management systems desirable. A strong ability to self-manage and to jump into a working project mid-stream a must.
