Extending custom PHP / MySQL database backend

I am a freelance web designer/developer looking for programming assistance. This job would be extending a database backend system that I created in PHP/MySQL. You must understand more than basic MySQL (left joins, etc.). You must work with MySQL without having full Plesk access to phpMyAdmin.
Please send salary requirements (I will pay you hourly) and evidence of qualifications.
