Profile

We are looking for motivated self-starters to work with a team of developers to build our next generation of direct to print web based services. We are looking for a seasoned lead developer, several skilled web developers and an exceptional senior interactive designer with demonstrated UI interface design skills.

Qualifications

Lead Developer

• $2+ years as a technical leader on successful large application development projects with the ability to manage resources and multiple projects simultaneously.
• 5+ years of application development experience focused on web technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies (C#, WF, WCF, LINQ, SQL Server 2005.)
• Strong experience with TDD and OOP best practices.
• Strong experience with supporting web standards.
• Experience using Autofac and or MoQ a plus.

Web Developer

• 3+ years of application development experience focused on web technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (C#, WF, WCF, LINQ, SQL Server 2005)
• Experience with TDD and OOP best practices.
• Experience with supporting web standards.
• Experience using Autofac and or MoQ a plus

Senior Interactive Designer

• 5+ years of user interface design experience focused on web technologies and promoting web standards.
• In-depth knowledge of web technologies (XHTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong understanding of cross browser comparability issues.
• Strong understanding of AJAX and JavaScript programming using object literals
• Experience with Microsoft Expression Studio, Silverlight and WCF a plus.

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage and solve multiple, complex problems.
• Software Development Lifecycle Experience:
  • Writing technical documentation
  • Experience using development methodologies Agile / Scrum / XP
  • Experience using Subversion
  • Experience using Jira a plus
