Magnani Caruso Dutton, a leading interactive design and marketing agency, is looking for a Flash Developer to work on a number of different projects to develop and implement interfaces for large scale web sites. Located in New York City, we are an independent agency that has created award-winning work for top brands, including HBO, Tiffany & Co., Capital One, AT&T, Coca-Cola, Discover Financial Services, and more.

The individual will be responsible for bringing a project to life, thus, applicants must show strong understanding of web functionality, animation, usability, and optimization.

Qualifications

•Extensive knowledge of Flash AS3 and Flex is a significant plus

•3 years experience in a studio environment (although exceptional work can make up for lack of studio time)

•Coded animation experience (timeline also a plus)

•Understanding of OOP, web optimization practices and examples to prove it

•Ability to work in a fast paced team environment

•Previous experience working with web services

•Ability to stay focused and deliver on time and on budget

•Any design, CSS/HTML, server side development is always a plus

Candidates must have honed object oriented ActionScript 3 skills and are able to migrate design ideas into Flash pieces, to be used in microsites, banner ads etc.
